I've been training consistently for about 18 years now, mostly weightlifting and some cardio. Decided to finally try this creatine since my personal trainer suggested me. Been using this one daily for the past few weeks — 5g a day, usually during work-out with water.

Honestly, this is the best creatine I've ever used in my life. My lifts are going up, especially on compound movements like squats and deadlifts. Muscles feel fuller, and I’m getting through longer sessions without fatiguing as much as I used to.

Taste-wise it’s unflavoured, which is perfect — no weird aftertaste, and it mixes fine with water or in my protein shake. No bloating or stomach issues either, which I was slightly worried about.

If you’re training seriously, this is a solid one to go with. Simple, clean, does what it says.
