1. General Information

   All purchases made on www.bondsupplements.com are governed by the following terms.
2. Products
   We sell food supplements intended for the European Union market only.
   Product information (ingredients, dosage, benefits) is provided in English, Italian, and German.
   Images are for illustrative purposes only and packaging may vary.
3. Prices and Payment
   All prices are listed in euros and include VAT.
   Accepted payment methods include credit cards, PayPal, and others as displayed during checkout.
   Payment is required at the time of ordering.
4. Shipping
   We ship across the European Union.

• Italy: 24–48 hours, €4.90

• Germany: 2–4 days, €6.30

Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order is shipped.

5. Right of Withdrawal
   You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days of receiving the product, only if the product is unopened and sealed.
   To request a return, contact us at info@bond-supplements.com.
   Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
6. Refunds
   Once the returned product is received and checked, the refund will be issued within 7 business days via the original payment method.
7. Liability Disclaimer
   We are not liable for misuse of the products or for damages caused by incorrect information provided by the user.
   Supplements do not replace a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
8. Jurisdiction
   In case of disputes, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile.
